Fairs Management System
YL&A in cooperation with the Illinois Department of Agriculture (2001-2004) designed and developed the Fairs Management System. This system is a comprehensive package that handles numerous areas involved in managing the Illinois State Fair including space rental, competitive events, Mega Pass (ticketing/credentials), golf carts, grandstand ticketing, admission, parking, etc. This system can be duplicated and customized for state or local fairs who need a comprehensive package for end-to-end fair management.
Budget Administration System
YL&A in conjunction with Illinois State government has successfully installed and conducted state budgets since 1997. The system reads from numerous agencies payroll, personnel, and comptroller information to develop the required Illinois State Legislature (ISL) forms. Agencies that are using this system include the Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Agriculture, Banks and Real Estate, Illinois Commerce Commission, Department of Natural Resources, Central Management Services and Secretary of State.
